PT. Krakatau Engineering (Formerly PT. Krakatau Engineering Corporation) was founded on October 12, 1988 as a wholly owned subsidiary company of PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero). Owns and occupies of 3300 square meters in Krakatau Industrial Estate, Cilegon, Province of Banten. This serves as company’s operational center, while the head office is located on the seventh floor of Wisma Baja, Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kavling 54, Jakarta.
PT. Krakatau Engineering serves and conducts either government or private projects in form of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract basis, Industrial maintenance and also in consultancy services (Engineering, Study and Project Management).
Since its establishment, PT. Krakatau Engineering has been involved in engineering, procurement and construction projects, with special attention given to the expansion and development of Krakatau Steel’s production facilities and infrastructures.

KHI Pipe Industries, PT.

PT. KHI Pipe Industries is a member of Krakatau Steel Group and formerly known as PT Krakatau Hoogovens International Pipe Industries Ltd. The name changed to PT KHI Pipe Industries in 1994 after the taking over of Hoogovens En Staalfabrieken NV (Netherlands) and International Pipe Industries Corporation‘s (Philippines) shares by PT. Indhasana – since then the company is now owned by only two share holders which are PT Krakatau Steel (persero) the largest state owned steel company in South East Asia as the only remaining founder as well as majority share holder and PT Indhasana a national private company as a minority share holder.

Siemens Workshop, PT.

In 1989, PT Siemens Indonesia opened a power plant factory in Cilegon, Banten which was initially a repair and maintenance workshop. Today, the plant is proudly considered as one of the feeder plants in the global manufacturing network of Siemens Power Generation for large-scale fabricated power plant components and is exporting almost 100 percent of its output. It is currently operating with a total of 400 employees working in both operation and manufacturing lines.

Established in 1995, BlueScope Steel Indonesia is the one and only local manufacturer of zinc/aluminium metallic coated and prepainted steel. We produce high quality ZINCALUME® steel, Clean COLORBOND® steel, PELANGI® steel, ABADI® steel, GEMILANG® steel, INTERIOR® steel, and INDAH® steel. These products are supplied to customers for industrial, residential and manufacturing applications. Our product thickness sizes range from 0.20 mm bmt to 1.00 mm bmt, with the width from 762mm to 1219mm.
